TCAA 2020 Fall Conference

The Texas City Attorneys Association (TCAA) is proud to announce the 2020 Fall Conference, to be held Thursday, October 15.  Due to logistics, we will once again conduct a live virtual conference, via the same viewing platform as we used for the TCAA Summer Conference.

Tuition includes live online presentations and handouts.  Pricing is as follows:                                                                         

Members                              $0

Non-Members                    $80

Membership fees are as follows:

  • City Attorneys are $70.00.
  • Assistant City Attorneys are $40.00.
  • Associate Members are $80.00.
  • Paralegals are $40.00.
  • Law Clerks (Students) are $40.00.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy: Written cancellations of non-member registrations received prior to October 8, 2020, will be fully refunded. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. You may send cancellations by e-mail to acct@tml.org. If the registrant is unable to attend, the registrant may submit a substitute.

Proof of Attendance: The registration roster will be used as proof of your attendance, should we be audited.  An email will be sent to all attendees on Friday, October 9, with details for accessing the conference broadcast.

MCLE Accreditation

This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 5.25 credit hours, of which 0.5 credit hours will apply to legal ethics/professional responsibility credit.

The course number for this conference will be located on the seminar materials webpage after the conference.  While we will use the registration roster for auditing purposes, you are still responsible for self-reporting your hours.

Seminar Materials

Seminar materials will be available beginning September 30, for those who wish to download or print copies in advance. Materials for this and past conferences can be accessed via the tab at the top of this page. Please check back often, as materials will be added as they are received. Any materials not posted prior to the conference will be added as time permits during or after the conference.
