Riley Fletcher Basic Municipal Law Seminar Scholarship Application

TCAA invites law students attending ABA-accredited law schools to submit an application for a scholarship to attend its 2026 Riley Fletcher Basic Municipal Law Seminar on February 12-13, 2026, at the Texas Municipal Center, 1821 Rutherford Lane, Austin, Texas 78754. Selected students may attend the TCAA educational sessions without charge. Travel, meals (not provided as part of the conference), and lodging expenses will be the responsibility of the scholarship recipient. Scholarship recipients will be exposed to various facets of municipal law and will have an opportunity to interact with TCAA board members and municipal law attorneys from across the State of Texas.
