Early hotel registration is an important benefit of sponsorship. We kindly ask that you plan your attendance dates thoughtfully and:
1. Be considerate of other attendees when reserving multiple rooms.
2. Avoid canceling reservations after the hotel block cutoff date.
Please note that TCAA reserves the right to take a Sponsor’s history of room reservations and cancellations into account when considering participation in future TCAA events.
