The TCAA sponsorship program allows us to provide outstanding continuing legal education to our 600 members.
Thanks to our sponsors, we are able to host:

  • The Annual Summer Conference
  • The Fall Conference (in conjunction with the Texas Municipal League Annual Conference)
  • The Biannual Basic Municipal Law Seminar

  • Wednesday Reception Co-Sponsored Event at Summer Conference with signage (buffet dinner)

  • Seven (7) additional reception tickets (Wednesday or Thursday)

  • Firm’s name on Summer Conference attendee gift (not to exceed $4000). Remaining funds will be applied to the overall costs of running TCAA events.
  • Five (5) additional reception tickets (Wednesday or Thursday)
All Gift, Breakfast, and Reception Sponsors will receive:
  • Networking table in lobby near registration (Optional – TCAA asks that the table is to be manned for the majority of the conference)
  • Two (2) complimentary registrations to the Summer Conference
  • Early access to hotel room reservations at the Summer Conference
  • Publicity at all three TCAA conferences
  • Year-long placement of the firm’s logo on the TCAA website.
  • Signage recognition and top billing on website

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ALL SPONSORS:                                                                
The deadline for the 2027 sponsor program is Friday, March 12, 2027. Early hotel registration is an important benefit of sponsorship. We kindly ask that you plan your attendance dates thoughtfully and: Be considerate of other attendees when reserving multiple rooms. Avoid canceling reservations after the hotel block cutoff date. Please note that TCAA reserves the right to take a Sponsor’s history of room reservations and cancellations into account when considering participation in future TCAA events.
